My apartment is in the heart of the Latin Quarter, 100 meters from the Jardin du Luxembourg, the Senate, 200 meters from the Panthéon. Nestled under the rooftops of Paris, 5th floor WITHOUT elevator, the kitchen opens onto the living room in a 25 m² space. Under the slope, the century-old beams and the wood stove give it a country atmosphere. It has 3 bedrooms and an office, with two toilets and two bathrooms (one bathtub and one shower in one bedroom). Easy access to all sites and amenities.

Best location in the heart of Paris ! Fully Renovated 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Saint Germain des près ! ideal area to enjoy Paris , museums and monuments . Charming and cosy, really close to the Seine and the famous rue de buci, the apartment is very calm and full of light. You may find all you need for 2 couples. The building is from the 17 century so there is no elevator. But the stairs are very beautiful and not narrow. Please contact me for more info. Be my guest !
