Vacation rentals with beach access in Järfälla Municipality

Pretty apartment on a wonderful little island, just 3 mins away from the nearest park, ferry stop and swimming spot. The supermarket is even closer and there's a lovely bakery (as recommended by Astrid) nearby. Would totally stay here again.

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

From the first moment it felt right at home! Mats' apartment is perfect. The nearest tram stop (Smedslätten) is a 5-minute walk and parking is a 1-minute walk. The tram is perfectly connected to the city center. The house is very clean, tidy and all the spaces are spacious and well organized, with everything you need and more. The neighborhood is wonderful, we fell in love with it immediately. Mats is an excellent host: he is responsive and present without being intrusive. His advice is very valuable (there is a manual with instructions on the house and its surroundings that is really well done!). We were really sorry to have to leave Stockholm and Mats' apartment. We'll definitely be back! You go too!

cannot think of a single critique for this place! was cosy, quiet, had everything we needed during our stay and wasnt long to get to stockholm city centre. the bathroom was clean as well. perfect for a weekend stay for two people

Had a nice night. Location is perfect to visit Stockholm with the metro just around the corner.

It was a small, cozy, clean and cozy apartment located in a quiet, beautiful and green neighborhood with detached houses. We even saw a deer crossing. Everything you need was present but it is not so suitable for tall people given the height of 1.90 (fortunately we are smaller). Beach, supermarket and bakery were within walking distance. We once had a nice meal in restaurant Bryggan Alsten at the harbor, also within walking distance but a little further away. Getting to city center is quick and easy with tram and metro. It was wonderful to come home to the busy center in a quiet, village area. Communication with Anki was excellent. It was unfortunate that we didn't meet her, but she responded right away to questions. In short, recommended.

Oliver was an excellent host. We have been traveling to Scandinavia for over 10 years, but we have never encountered such kind treatment. We spent the end of the year here and were greeted with a pleasant surprise. Everything was great. We felt right at home.

Everything was as promised, Christian and Sara were very friendly and communication worked well.

Lisa and Martin were great hosts! It's a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. It's removed enough from the city to feel a little calmer but still very convenient and easy to get downtown. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it!

We had a great week with our family at Torbjörn and Alexandra's place for New Year's Eve. The accommodation is close (about 5 minute walk) to a metro station and a well-stocked supermarket. The house, including the kitchen, are very well equipped to accommodate 6 people. We found everything we needed there. Communication with Torbjörn and Alexandra was fluid. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to central Stockholm by metro. The surroundings of the house with Lake Trekanten are nice for a stroll. If you want to discover Stockholm, I would recommend Torbjörn and Alexandra's house.

We had a wonderful stay at Mattias place. It was absolutely perfect for our family with 3 small kids (4 and under)-we had all the space we needed and all the amenities-loved having the washer, drier and dishwasher! Beds very comfortable and place was very child safe! Good blackout blinds also! Mattias was a fantastic host and sorted us out twice when our buggy tyre went flat including sourcing a new inner tube when we completely punctured it. With a double buggy and one on the buggy board with lots of bags on board too this was a vital help and we would have struggled without it. The place was very close to both a bus stop and 2 train stations-we entirely relied on public transport and this worked really well for us for getting into Stockholm and to Uppsala where we were attending a family wedding. We would definitely choose to stay at Mattias place again and would highly recommend it, particularly to families with small kids. Thank you for having us!

A big thank you to Mathias and his wife who welcomed us with warmth and generosity. Always available and helpful. The house is great with all the essentials for a couple and 2 teenagers. The bikes available make it possible to be at the train station in 5 min. The train takes us to central Stockholm in 20 min. We have the feeling of being in Stockholm. Do not hesitate to take the transport card by downloading the SL app, the subscriptions give unlimited access to public transport including the sollentuna train to Stockholm. By far one of our best Airbnb!

Fabulous house, beautifully restored and decorated. Great location by the water to watch the boats go by and for a morning swim :) Very well equipped kitchen. Börje is a great host, greeted us at check-in and took time to explain everything. Always quick to respond to messages.

Johan and Laila's beautiful house meets all the requirements. Super spacious and nicely located on the waterfront with running trail. We had a wonderful time thanks to the very good care of the hosts. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Stockholm. It is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the city, yet it is easily accessible by public transport. The view over the nearby lake is absolutely stunning and made our mornings and evenings truly special. The hosts were incredibly generous and attentive – they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome by occasionally checking in via messages. This is the hosts’ main residence, which they rent out while travelling, so it feels very well cared for and is fully equipped. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We were very satisfied and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended - thank you for letting us stay!

Listing matches the photos and description. Very cozy and pleasant: hot water, heating, functional amenities, good bedding and sauna as a bonus! Very quiet environment, in a residential area. 10 minutes walk to get to tram 12, alleparken stop, which leads directly to the metro on the same dock. You're in central Stockholm in 30 minutes. Anita and Hanna our hosts are very responsive and live above the property, which is very safe. Anita's hosting was very warm. She is remarkably kind and will be able to advise you for the best. We highly recommend it!

we felt very comfortable in the apartment of sofia & sander. Communication was via sofia & was fast, uncomplicated & very friendly. the apartment is nicely laid out and well equipped. We particularly liked the mix of beautiful old Scandinavian interior equipment (the built-in wardrobes in the kitchen and anteroom) and modern adaptations (bathroom). We also enjoyed the balconies in the evening. the location of the apartment took some getting used to: not far away from a highway bridge (picturesque & not so noisy at all). the only drawback of the location is that the bus (right in front of the house only runs 2-3 times per hour, which is sometimes a bit tedious on the return journey. our son loved the publicly accessible commercial football field under the bridge. X) a beautiful apartment in an exciting city! thank you!

This apartment is bright and airy and close to public transport and a large shopping mall with two supermarkets. We found it very clean, quiet and convenient and as the owner described it. Per was most helpful and friendly when we had occasion to contact him.

We had a great time at this apartment. The area is peacful and quiet. The metro station is nearby, and it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the center. I'd recommend Vanessa's place.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and relax. We only stayed for a week but would have happily stayed longer. The location is perfect for peaceful walks, and getting to the city center is easy and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it!

We stayed in Måns apartment for a weekend to run the Stockholm marathon. We were very happy with the accommodation and it met our expectations! Close to the subway and grocery store. Nice apartment.
