This ship from 1886 used to be part of the Dutch sailing inland shipping, which was used for the transport of many building materials and food. In the meantime, the Johannes has been converted into a houseboat, of which three floors of the wheelhouse have been furnished for you who like to spend the night in the center of Amsterdam but also appreciates some peace and quiet. Cozy street& super central. You will stay privately on the back of the ship which used to be the wheelhouse and machine room.

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

No 35, 36. 38, 391 & 394 In our house we created a lovely private place with its own entrance. 100% privacy. Ceiling 3.30m, feels spacious Fridge, water cooker & Nespresso machine in the room. Small park on the water just behind the house. The awesome bed has both hard and soft pillows. You will sleep well :)

Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Clean modern bathroom with a shower and wc. Please note: the studio has high ceilings and you sleep on a mezzanine without headroom accessible by stairs. Not recommended for the elderly or people with limited mobility. Outdoor swimming within walking distance. 2 bicycles included.

Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.

Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and the Central Station. Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.
