“We loved staying at Marcia’s place on our drive to East Tennessee. Communication was great, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool table was a lot of fun. We especially loved fishing in the pond, we even caught 4 bass. We had a lovely stay and wish it could have been for longer.”

“My wife and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary and it was just what the doctor ordered. Secluded enough, but still drivable distance to the main smokies attractions. We had a fantastic, relaxing stay. Hot tub is great, jet tub is great, just great overall. It is a bit of a drive to gatlinburg/pigeon forge (about 45 minutes) but it’s a nice scenic drive there. 10/10 would recommend!”

“If I could give this place ten stars I would! Perfect location (a little far out, but not so far it's a hassel), fantastic views, absolutely beautiful and immaculate home, and very quiet. My girls and I never wanted to leave! Since we came during the great quarantine of 2020 to self isolate with a different view, we stayed in constant contact with each other, we made sure that we were following all city and state laws and she made me feel safer by ensuring the house was extra sanitized, and of course the biggest thing I was wondering about, there was toilet paper! Amazing all around, we will definitely be back next year to enjoy all the attractions we missed out on, but to be honest even if we had to stay inside this house again for another four days, I would not be upset.”
