Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ihr sucht einen Ort der Entschleunigung? Dann kommt nach Vieritz. In unserem kleinen und gemütlichen alten Landhaus könnt ihr die Seele baumeln lassen. Genießt die Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder einem Boot auf der Havel. Auf unserem Hof haben wir einen Kinderspielplatz. Tiere zum streicheln (Katzen, Schafe, Kaninchen) oder beobachten (Storchenpaar) gibt es bei uns reichlich. Unsere Hühner legen gerne auch frische Frühstückseier. Im Preis enthalten sind 15,5 Prozent Airbnb Gebühr für Vermieter.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is optimally accessible by train. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a property directly on the water. In addition to our now completely renovated single-family home, there is also the vacation home located directly on the water on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
