Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Fredric var en mycket bra värd. Tydliga instruktioner inför vår vistelse och även under vår resa. Boendet är dessutom väldigt fint - ett riktigt toppval om man reser i större sällskap.

We zijn bekend in deze omgeving en zochten een huis met privacy en rustige omgeving. Met zijn tweetjes werden we verwelkomd door een grote villa met reusachtige tuin. Volledig afgesloten met een grote afgesloten oprit. De schone moderne keuken was compleet en wat een geweldig uitzicht. Het riante zwembad was medio april nog wat koud maar met zonnetje pootje baden. Aanrader voor mensen die van rust houden maar lopend binnen 10 minuten in gezellige centrum met restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Auto is wel een advies. Kortom een vakantie adres die wij in onze agenda hebben staan.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

La casa estaba impoluta, muy flexibles a la hora de entrar y salir. Por decir algo, un par de servicios no estaban en funcionamiento. Pero en general no podíamos haber tenido más suerte con el anfitrión y los cuidados que tuvo con nosotros.

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Aus unserer Sicht jedoch eher für eine Familie mit einer jüngeren Tochter geeignet, da im 2. Schlafzimmer nur ein schmales Bett steht und wie ein Spielzimmer für kleine Mädchen gestaltet ist. Der Geschirrspüler ist sehr klein und schwer zu befüllen. Alles andere hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

La casa impresionante,mejor que en las fotos ,todo estaba limpio y ordenado no le faltaba de nada a la casa para poder disfrutar de ella, los niños se lo pasaron genial ,la piscina nos sorprendió ya que tenía muy buena profundidad y estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada. Diferentes zonas en el exterior para poder estar. La sauna no la llegamos a usar pero se veía genial. Zona muy tranquila pero cerquita de Santa Pola a escasamente 14 minutos . Benko muy amable y atento. Intentaremos volver seguro!!!!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

Es Preciosa y con todas las comodidades, además fuimos con nuestros perros y estuvieron súper a gusto 🩷 la casa y el espacio es un paraíso en la naturaleza, y mari carmen fue súper amable y atenta. Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.
