Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Woden Town Centre. Cannot accommodate children under 2.

The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. It is a well-designed property to take advantage of the seasons. It will be warm in winter if the curtains are kept open during the day and cools down lovely in summer if you open it up at dusk to let the fresh breeze in that arrives in Canberra then. We provide linen, towels, and soaps.

Central location easy walk to Griffith, Manuka and Kingston. Good transport to ANU, Russell and the Parlimentary Triangle. The studio is set to the rear of the property in lush cottage garden with an abundance of fruit, flowers and vegetables.
