The house has three bedrooms + an open sleeping space (everyone's favorite...), a protected space, a fully equipped and pleasant kitchen, a barbecue area, a fun gazebo in the summer, direct access to Beit Zeit Lake (2 minutes walk). The house borders a wadi and is full of nature all around, so you can take a walk straight from the house. There's a nice chicken coop, a wood-burning stove in the winter, a large, spacious garden full of fruit trees. By car, the center of Jerusalem can be reached in 10-15 minutes without traffic jams. There is public transportation every hour.
