There is a playground with a trampoline, a goal or a volleyball net. Relaxation is offered by an outdoor hot tub, which is in operation all year round. In summer, you can sit on the terrace and grill something good, and in winter, you can relax in the winter garden by the fireplace.

The two-story Vila Karolína is a private property situated in a quiet part of the town of Stockholm in the heart of the Highlands in the middle of the Czech Republic. The villa is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. There are 12 comfortable beds in 6 rooms, 3 spacious bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, large living room, swimming pool (30 °C), jacuzzi (37 °C), sauna, wine cellar and much more. The cottage is located in the cottage area Pod Borovím in Třebíč. It was renovated in 2023. Chalet in Podborovia provides accommodation for 4 people (+ crib) in one bedroom. The cottage has a fenced garden, a pergola with a fireplace, and a parking space for 1 car (another parking spot is located off the property). On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen connected to the living room and dining room, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. The loft has a shared bedroom for 4 people.

The pond can be used for swimming, but only from our side. The other side is someone else's land. The house has spa water of excellent quality, suitable for drinking.

We offer you comfortable private accommodation, which is located in the village of Nová Říše in the beautiful quiet environment of the Vysočina Region near the city of Telc. The apartment suitable for long-term and short-term accommodation is located in the attic of a family house, where there are two other apartments. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette with a dining room, a living room and other rooms.
