This wonderful new 120-square-metre attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Our double bungalow has 4 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen on 80 m². It can accommodate up to 8 people. The terrace is covered and nicely sunny with a southeast orientation. There are two parking spaces available. The swimming area on Lake Grimnitz is about 300 m away and a 5-minute walk away, ideal for children. The Schorfheide and its surroundings are known for their many excursion destinations, e.g. Geopark, Eberswalde Zoo and much more

Our house is situated right by the bathing beach, just a 3-minute walk from the front door. It offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historical charm. You'll stay in the 110 sqm upper floor of the fisherman's house, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people. Admire the gallery displaying old fishing pictures from the 1920s and enjoy the lake view through ancient maple and cherry trees. The kitchen and living area are perfect for relaxation.
