Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Johnstown

This place is perfect for families! We had a great spring break here with another family. Our kids, who range from 4.5 to 8.5, loved all the amenities, including those not in the listing. Between the dozens of kids books, coloring supplies, and games, I barely touched my usual bag of tricks. Joe and team thoughtfully provided a snack basket with enough variety for any age. The other thing that made this so well-suited to families is the lack of clutter and breakables--the only thing I proactively moved out of the kids' room was the TV remote! The kids loved the pool (loaded with pool toys, life jackets in a variety of sizes, and a bathroom in the same space to provide maximum splash time!) and the outdoor wonderland (pickleball court, basketball, (plastic) axe throwing, tree swing, the bikes, and the wildlife! Grownups loved the comfortable beds, the poker table, the well-stocked showers, and the most responsive AirBnB host we've ever had. We look forward to returning!

This is a beautiful historical home that has been modernized. There is a lot of the original home that is in there (fireplaces and such) and it gives the home a glimpse into its past. It was big enough for six of us and there were things on site for the little ones yet the rooms were cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and lots of things in the pantry. We loved the convenience to the local town since we were there for a family event. The location is nice and quiet so that was a huge plus for all of us. This is a nice, hidden gem in a historic town that you really don’t want to miss

Renee was extremely responsive to messages when checking in and could not find the driveway (dark and rainy night). Renee was willing to walk over to give us toilet paper at 8:00 at night due to cleaning lady not leaving enough for our stay. After a water main break, Renee was prompt to give updates throughout the duration of the outage. Fortunately we were gone most of the day and the lack of water only affected our morning routine, thankfully we had bottled water. Renee did offer us lunch at her restaurant, unfortunately we were not able to take her up on her offer.

We loved our stay. Many thoughtful things in the place to help with traveling!

This stay at Megans home has become an annual event. My husband is a native of Meyersdale and loves to hunt with our son as his father hunted with him. We are glad to have Megan's home to come to since my in-laws have passed. It is perfect for our son and 2 daughters to come to. We rent the home for a week/2weekends. This allows my family to hunt long weekends, leave their gear at Megans to return to work for 2- 3 days and then come back for the next long weekend. Megan is very responsive to ALL THE TEXTS we send her way plus her home is spotless and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very kind and friendly. We do have a special request for next year (since this is our 5th season): A 65 inch smart TV for unwinding in front of after a 12 hour hike through the Laurel mountains! :) Our family is very grateful for Megan's hospitality. Our family would highly recommend this home.

A cozy place for a weekend getaway -- walkable to Ohiopyle State Park. Beautiful area!

Place was exactly as described. Clean and has everything needed. Response time was immediate. No issues or problems.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great. We really appreciated the Christmas decorations because we were there to celebrate Christmas as a family.

Great place for our family get together. We really enjoyed the pool and the wrap around porch. I was pleasantly surprised with the loaded kitchen tools that were there. It was a big help since we were preparing daily meals for our family of 11. There is not a central a/c but the individual window units were used and met our needs. It is about 25 minutes from Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, close to Laurel Cavern, Kentuck Knob, Fort Necessity and other historical markers. Giant Eagle is about 15 minutes away. It is an older home ( over 100 years old), that is charming and filled with much history and relics. Hosts live close by and are extremely proactive and helpful. We used every space of the home and was comfortable and still had space to spare. Great get together.

We had such a short lovely stay. Celebrated my partner’s birthday with a ski trip to Seven Springs Resort. The location is perfect just 7 or 8 mins away from the resort with a convenient shuttle service. Kara was also a great host responding quickly to any questions we had!

We had a great stay. Condo was as described. Britney‘s place had everything you could possibly need. All of the extras like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms were so nice! The kitchen had everything imaginable, including dishwashing detergent, and dish soap. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Quaint and cozy place good for a small family. Clean. Air BNB listed it as ski in and out but it actually isn't. This might explain why it is such a good value

Everything was exactly as described. We've stayed at a few different Blue Knob locations, and for what we needed the value was great. Would stay again for sure!

Courtney's place was super convenient to the slopes. My family was able to ski from the place and came back and forth all weekend to eat and rest. Additionally, it was so nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The main living area was large enough to hang out and relax.

This stay was great for our family! It was so spacious and comfortable. The shuttle came to take us to the slopes by easily just walking outside and then dropped us back off at the door afterwards. I would stay here again!

We stayed at Amanda's home with a few families and everyone felt very much at home. The home itself is very large -- the kids had their own area upstairs (the kids rooms were amazing!) and everyone was able to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and more). And the location and proximity to skiing was just what we were looking for. Lastly, Amanda was SUPER responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and again.

We only got to stay the night but my sister and I both agree it would be a great place to come and stay with a group of friends for a weekend!

Beautiful home that made my family and I feel right at home. Nancy was very responsive to any message I sent and made sure my family and I had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Conveniently located to Wisp about a 20 minute drive to the resort. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have children too. The kids had a blast with the games and toys that come along with the house.

Really nice place,?enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

My husband, my pup and I had a wonderful time at the cozy cottage. We felt right at home. We loved that we could hike right on the premises as well as the several other close Nature Reserves and Parks. Marshall was a very nice host. We are hoping to return in the fall.

We had 11 guys stay at David’s place and were incredibly satisfied with the stay. The location was great and the cabin comfortable. There was always something to do.

The place is nice and is as described. Kathy is very responsive. Check in and check out is the easiest I have ever had. Would definitely rent from Kathy again.
