The apartment was renovated in 2019 and impresses with friendly colors and bright country-style furniture. It has a separate entrance in front of which there is a direct parking space. Inside, warm light with ceiling spotlights, underfloor heating in all rooms and loving decoration ensure well-being. Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

It is built a little special and therefore quite unique and very comfortable. An open living, sleeping and kitchen area awaits you. In addition, there is a walk-in closet and a storage room. Approx. 20 minutes to Büsum and the possibility by ferry to Heligoland (travel time approx. 2.5 hours), approx. 35 minutes to Husum or St. Peter-Ording, about 75 minutes to Hamburg, Kiel, or Flensburg.

You are welcome to use our farm completely. Joldelund is rural and quiet. The clocks tick slower here. Larger cities are 25 km away.

Our small cozy apartment is located directly next to our house in the middle of the first dike. You have a small kitchen, a bedroom with TV, Bluray player and desk. On the ground floor there is also the small bathroom. Up a staircase is another small bedroom with 2 mattress beds on European pallets.
