“Caitlin's place is a very stylish 2 bedroom home that is gorgeously renovated. Looks like something out of a magazine. Kitchen is a joy and my friend and I loved the nice touches like a dozen eggs, orange juice and ice cream. The garage is very useful and is connected to the home so in bad weather you go from the garage, to the back rear enclosed porch and into the house. Loads of stores just 30 seconds away. Same price as staying at a hotel but much much nicer.”

“Our stay could not have been any better! Quick responses when communicating, and a TON of personal touches! We were there to register our daughter at IWU and the chapel is literally within walking distance!!! Would HIGHLY recommend to any family traveling to see IWU students!”
Charming historic bungalow minutes from Indiana Wesleyan University, restaurants, and other conveniences. Cozy space with lovely view of the Mississinewa River and within walking distance of downtown. Home sleeps 6. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, and induction stove. There is a dining room and spacious living room.
“Our family of six stayed here while visiting family in the area, and it was just what we needed. Very clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. It does sleep 6, as stated. There's a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a double bed, a private room with a couch that folds down into a twin bed, plus a couch in the living room that folds down into a twin bed. Those couches that fold down do not work for people with back problems, but they're fine for kids. I slept in the downstairs one myself since none of my kids wanted to be the only one sleeping downstairs, and it worked ok for me. The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of coffee, sugar, and creamer. It doesn't have a stove, so don't plan to do baking, but it has an electric hot plate and a crockpot, so you can save money and eat in. Overall a great value and a great experience. Will stay here again when we are in the area.”
