We offer a small apartment (in the basement of our house) freshly renovated with kitchenette, small living room, private bathroom and a pretty wooden terrace, flowery. Breakfast available upon request. 5-minute walk to the village and ViaRhona, 5 minutes to the port of Virignin, 30 minutes to Chambéry and Aix-les-Bains and 15 minutes to Lake Bourget. Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
