Port, downtown, shopping, beach and restaurants - everything can be reached in a few minutes. The Schloßstraße can be reached by bus from the train station. Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen ist diese kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Auf Anfrage können hier drei Personen übernachten, die dritte Person darf in dem Alkoven unter der Treppe schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich durch eine Tür schließen. Über diesem meerchenhaften Apartment befindet sich die Nordstrandnixe über Land.

The apartment was renovated in 2019 and impresses with friendly colors and bright country-style furniture. It has a separate entrance in front of which there is a direct parking space. Inside, warm light with ceiling spotlights, underfloor heating in all rooms and loving decoration ensure well-being. You can spend a great vacation both on warm summer days (separate 10 sqm west terrace) and on cold winter days (cozy bathtub, smart TV, selection of Blu-rays, books).

The KAJÜTE*NEUN is located on the first floor of our house, in the middle of the harbor district between Museumshafen, Schiffbrücke, Norderstraße & Fußgängerzone - seagull screams and ship horns included. Our beautiful 1-room apartment in the commercial area is on the second floor and can be reached via an external staircase. It is built a little special and therefore quite unique and very comfortable. An open living, sleeping and kitchen area awaits you. In addition, there is a walk-in closet and a storage room. There is also a sunny balcony. Weekend and short breaks are welcome here.

Room in the heart of Flensburg

Private room in the heart of Flensburg. The city center is within walking distance and yet the room is quietly located in a historic courtyard. I myself only use the apartment a few days a week. This is a large room, divided into sleeping and living area with TV. Kitchen and bathroom are of course also available to you. The bed is 140 cm wide.

We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
