“We were warmly received and the accommodation was excellent in every way. A suitable temperature storage was found in the basement overnight for the flower arrangement as well, special thanks for that. The sauna was ignition ready, which was really nice after a long trip. I highly recommend!”

“Very stunning accommodation right in the center. The shops and restaurants were close by but we enjoyed our beautiful, bright and spacious apartment so well that we didn't go anywhere. Everything was very clean and beautifully laid out, the balconies were lovely and our daughter was fascinated with toys, games and books. Tiina was super comfortable and everything went well with her. Thank you again!”
Step into the finnish countryside! The apartment, a former home for village school teacher, consists of one cosy bedroom (sleeps 3-4) and a bright spacious living room. In addition there is a large, fully equipped kitchen (sleeps 2 in the pull out couch). Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is part of a former school building (built 1959, shown in the picture above on the right hand side) and the owners live next door. We want to serve but we give you the peace required.
“Inari's inn is located on the grounds of the old school building in a quiet area about 10 km from the town of Rantasalmi. The road in front of the house is a gravel road, but it is easy to access because it is only a short distance from Rantasalmi. Inari and his husband, Johann, seemed to be busy working on cutting wood, but nevertheless, they guided us around the site. The school building in the back is still the best attraction, a child who did bad things in the attic with an unusual design made by reusing windows and wood that became unnecessary when rebuilding the nearby church There is a room to reflect on, and there is an old teaching platform and a table for making bread. I also enjoyed listening to the story of the two people who are continuing the renovation work and meeting this house. As I later learned, Rantasalmi is a famous town for wood processing for log houses, so it was a valuable experience to see this wooden architecture school. In addition to staying, this inn where you can feel the local life and the enthusiasm of the owner is the best memory of your trip to Finland. It is quite recommended.”
