Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muß derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten (siehe zusätzliche Kosten) von 120 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr von 53 EURO für Bettwäsche und Handtücher unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Our apartment Abendsonne is located on the ground floor in the Dünenschlösschen directly on the beach on the beautiful car-free North Sea island of Wangerooge. The non-smoking apartment is 26 square meters and is perfect for 2 people. It has a cozy living/bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the sheltered south balcony. The kitchen is separate. In the daylight bathroom you will find a shower with a deep entrance. You are welcome to use the in-house sauna and indoor pool for a fee.

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Our country house (Grünhoff's Landhuus) with its historic charm is hidden in the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees. The rustic guest house (Oll Höhnerhuck) and the spacious property invite you to relax and enjoy. The immediate surroundings are ideal for exploring. Excursions to the North Sea coast, to one of the Sielorte or the cities north, Aurich or Emden are quickly realized by car.

Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
