The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.
