Hoi, wij zijn Cees en Cathalijne, en bieden onze bovenverdieping met veel plezier aan. Het appartement ligt in Centrumeiland, een nieuwe wijk in Amsterdam. Op loopafstand zijn winkels, supermarkten, terrasjes, restaurants en het strand! Het appartement heeft een woonkamer met pantry, 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en 2 balkons. Direct achter de gedeelde voordeur is de trap naar boven naar het appartement: deze is apart van de rest van het huis. Wij wonen zelf beneden, dus je hebt veel privacy.

The place is fully renovated with double glass windows and soundproofing for a restful night’s sleep. Just be prepared for some narrow stairs, though, they are worth it!

Plenty to do in the area; the old charming cities of Alkmaar and Hoorn are nearby and Amsterdam is a 45-minute drive out. The beautiful beaches are a 30-minute drive away. The luxurious apartment offers a delightful experience with a stylish living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Great for vacation or business.

Neat and Clean, two floor apartment in historic building (1652), central located in a quiet pedestrian street. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.

Hij is geschikt voor 5 tot maximaal 6 personen. Zelf gebruiken we de woning ook in alle jaargetijden als uitvalsbasis naar zee en strand, bezoek aan diverse steden en bezienswaardigheden in de Randstad. Zeer geschikt voor kinderen: diverse voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

It is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood close to a historical windmill and amenities. -7 mins bike ride (15 mins by bus) to Haarlem train station and city centre -12 mins bike ride to the sand dunes -20 mins bike ride to the beach -4 mins walk away to bus stop -20 mins train ride to Amsterdam from Haarlem station

This design penthouse, with a view over the Keizersgracht and the inner garden and is named after the modern Dutch painter Karel Appel. What makes this apartment so special is that it has a private roof terrace overlooking the beautiful courtyard.
