Vacation rentals with a patio in Jung-gu

Great place to stay in haeundae! Clear instructions sent as a notion link. Beds were super comfy. Healing and relaxing stay in Busan :)

The towels are generously prepared. They prepared the bedding I asked for. I had a good rest before heading out ~

We felt very comfortable in Moon's apartment. The view is beautiful! It could just be a little more amenities in the kitchen. Unfortunately, oil, salt & pepper, as well as dish soap are not available in the apartment. But it tends to be more likely to eat anyway. We enjoyed it very much, we would stay there again at any time.

We enjoyed everything overall. Would love to come back again :)

Great place to stay and Seol is very helpful and nice!

We stayed here for about two months and it was great! Clean and easy to find. In between three subway stations and a main station for bus rides. Lots of food all around. The home felt cozy and had everything you needed inside.

I was very worried after seeing the reviews that there were bugs, but fortunately, I was surprised because it was so much cleaner than I was worried that the operator took action after receiving the feedback. I had a really good stay without worrying about cockroaches ~ It was nice that it was cheap, and I think the location was good to walk to Dalmaji Haeundae Songjeong Gown. I think it's very, very important how you took action afterwards without ignoring the comments in the review ~ I'm very satisfied ~ ~ I'll visit again on vacation this summer ~ ~

If you like emotional accommodation, you'll definitely like it! I think the biggest merit is the ability to use the jacuzzi without an additional fee for hot water. 🩵

Spacious, clean, peaceful and safe. Little courtyard, with plants and laundry space, is delightful. Mr Kim and Mrs Kim are very, very kind and warm-hearted hosts. I felt welcomed. Friendly neighbourhood. Find Busan people very helpful. I travelled solo and unfortunately, don’t speak Korean. The place is close to both a supermarket, a traditional market, and convenience store. Plenty of choices of eateries and take away nearby as well. Connected to metro and prime tourist shopping area via multiple lines of buses. You can also reach Busan Train Station, Haeundae-gu etc direct via these buses. Taxi ride to airport costs about 15000 to 17000 Korean dollar per single journey as of November 2024. Perfect for those who appreciate living like locals. Big thanks to hosts. Happy to return in future :)

The space was better than the photos, cozy, spacious, pleasant, and couldn't have been better. I want to go again. Be sure to go to the meat restaurant on the first floor. 🫧💗

I rested comfortably for 2 nights and 3 days. I was satisfied enough to want to stay here again if I travel nearby next time!

It was raining, so I couldn't have a barbecue, but I had a really warm stay. The host is so kind and very responsive!! If I have another chance next time, I'll visit again when it's a good day. Thank you.☺️☺️

It's good to rest and the healing itself

It was clean, comfortable, and nice. I had a good rest.

I used the private house on the second floor, but on the day we booked, there were no guests downstairs, so I used it more comfortably. And there was a styler, so it was very comfortable to take care of the smell on the clothes after barbecuing. The interior and props of the house were enormous, so I took a lot of photos. The blanket and belly were fluffy, so I slept well.
