Beautiful apartment, spacious and bright, has a temperate pool. Located 300 meters from the Plaza Sarmiento, 400 meters from the main street of San Martin de los Andes, in Patagonia Argentina. Kitchen with super complete equipment, bathroom with bathtub, living room, 2 individual sommiers that can be joined by making a double bed (twin-together), linens, Smart TV and WIFI. In the Building: pool, gym, sauna, sum with grill and laundry (these last 2 with additional cost)

The apartment is located 2 blocks from the commercial sector, so it allows you to have total peace of mind but to be easily and quickly in the restaurant, business and supermarket sector. Eventually, in the apartment, a third bed can be placed in an upper sector for a child, which is evaluated in each case.

We also provide conservative and chairs for beach/picnic. Private parking in complex and uncovered garage (up to 2 vehicles)

Come and enjoy a few wonderful days in this beautiful cabin for 2 people. Located in a gated community surrounded by mountains and steppe with access to the parkland area of Rio Quilquihue. A unique setting for relaxation and rest in contact with nature. The cabin is about 20 km away from San Martin or Junín de los Andes and 2 km from Chapelco airport. We also have a cleaning service for our guests.
