This spacious fixed houseboat offers you all the comforts of a modern and high-quality apartment with a sun and roof terrace on 60 sqm boat area. In addition to the living room with underfloor heating, air conditioning and kitchenette (dishwasher and induction stove), there are two bedrooms in the houseboat, each with one double bed as well as a shower room.

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
