The apartment exactly matches the pictures – modernly furnished and with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The large window fronts make it feel like you're sleeping in the conservatory – really special! Everything was as described, and Harun was super helpful when I didn't get the umbrella on the terrace myself. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. What not to underestimate: the ascent via the many stairs to the property. It's best to bring a backpack – or a bit of fitness. But after a few days you get used to it, and the view really makes up for it! Overall, a great place with a great view – I'd love to come back!

This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

Great location, very friendly host, many stairs to get to the house, not recommended for those with many suitcases, the host very kindly helped us bring them.

The location and view of the house were much nicer than the ones in the photo. We loved the house, the only place we want to stay when we want to come back to Istanbul.

Excellent view, clean place.

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

We had the opportunity to stay for a short time. With Mr. Fatih, a peaceful, quality neighborhood , extremely safe and helpful host, where you will feel at home. It will be our first choice for our next business trip.

Very good accomodation and we have enjoyed our stay . Ece was very responsive and accommodated all our requests . Suite is very big and can easily spend quiet time inside. Lot of good restaurants and cafes near by and good transportation options to city . We went to explore Istanbul for 3 days and enjoyed my vacation . WiFi is sometimes disconnecting and can be improved .

Everything was very nice , great location and cleanliness

Our stay was lovely. We had a few minor issues, but Mr. Emrah resolved it quickly. I can tell everyone who is thinking of going: The view is great, the communication of the people where we stay is very good and there is an environment where you can feel completely comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby. One of the most important advantages for me was that there was free indoor parking and an outdoor parking lot belonging to the apartment. Thank you again Mr. Emrah for everything. If we ever get in the way again, we would definitely like to stay again.

I want to give 5 stars to the owner for his hospitality. Everything was great.We stayed at the hotel for a week. The owner tried to do everything to make us comfortable staying in his hotel.

I really liked the view. For the sake of it, I chose this hotel. It is also very convenient that all transport is within walking distance: metro, buses, ferries and even an old tram. The condition of the rooms is not perfect, but clean and cozy

Lovely apartment, all clean, with a nice little terrace. Perfect for 1/2 people. The location is super nice, close to the ferry to go on the other side and to the shuttle from the Airport. Kadiköy is a beautiful neighborhood of Istanbul, chiller and it’s super easy to reach the touristic side. Easy to take the keys, just below the apartment, with a wide timeframe to get them! I would deeply recommend this place! ✨
