Tropical Luxury – Oceanfront Pool!

Feel like a Hawaii local in your own cozy apartment less than a mile from downtown. The complex is oceanfront with an oceanfront pool. Our space fits four people very comfortably. We are fully permitted by the County of Hawaii as a Short-Term Vacation Rental. The condo is zoned CG-7.5 (the same as hotels) and is NOT affected by the new Hawaii Short Term Vacation Rental Laws. The new laws restricting STVR's apply to short term vacation rentals in residential and agricultural zones only.
