The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. Please note we have 1 WINDOW air conditioner in the unit.

Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away. New queen beds and linens await. Enjoy meals in the breakfast nook, or drinks on the front porch swing. TV is equipped with Roku. Here, cleanliness is guaranteed and the shower is always hot!
