Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. "Valavani House" is a spacious stone house literally on the sea. It is a two-storey house with an indoor and outdoor staircase. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms with direct sea view and two bedrooms at the back of the house. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom, a comfortable living room and a dining area with a breathtaking view of the sea, as if you were on a ship.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
