Parking is offered free of charge in the yard as well as on the street outside. In 10 minutes, you can reach Liseberg/Avenyn by tram or bicycle and 15 minutes to the central station by tram. The apartment is located with Delsjön's nature reserve just around the corner, with swimming areas as well as hiking and biking trails. There are several cozy restaurants and smaller shops near the apartment, within walking distance. Ica Kvantum a few minutes away by car, about 2 km. Kvarterskrogen Intill, Kvarterskrogen Oizo, Ölstugan Tullen Luxury Sushi, Pizza, Thai and more within walking distance.

Welcome to a private studio in Scandinavian style in a quiet area with its own entrance, 140 cm wide continental bed and a large bathroom in the east part of Gothenburg. Good communications by bus or bicycle. Free wifi, new furniture, fridge, considerable facilities, and flexible check-in 24h. The studio is located in the basement of my house with own entrance. It lacks a proper kitchen but has a bench with a fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchen-ware.
