Classic, authentic cottage within walking distance to water

A holiday in our cozy, authentic summerhouse, is pure coziness. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for single-family) and contains atmospheric living room with heat pump and wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The sleeping arrangements of the house are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed- most suitable for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of older date, which has been continuously renovated.

It is about 2.6 km to Skødshoved beach with cozy little harbor, ice cream house and restaurant. 1 small dog is welcome. Lovely unheated orangery (built in 2024). Can be used during the summer period 😊

There are 3 spacious bedrooms with a single bed, a 3/4 bed as well as a double bed. There are games, books, magazines, and toys for free use.

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away.
