Die frisch renovierte Wohnung im 1.Stock bietet einen tollen Ausblick mit direktem Anschluss an das Wanderwegenetz. Die Küche ist mit einer Nespresso Maschine, Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer sowie den wichtigsten Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Im eigenen Gartenbereich können Sie Sonne tanken und gemütlich essen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum, somit können auch Fahrräder sicher verstaut werden.

Auszeit vom Alltag

Es sind ALLE willkommen!! Komfort und Entpannung im BLOCKHAUS auf der Waldlichtung. Auch Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen. Frühstück ist im Preis inkludiert. Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm.. Wintersperre von 7.1. bis Februar. Februar bis Osterferien eingeschränkter Betrieb. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (zb Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (zB Marienkäfer)möglich.

Vom Balkon blickst du ins Naturschutzgebiet und hast direkten Zugang zur großen Rodl. Im Obergeschoss findest du gemütliche Schlafplätze.
