Our house is very close to the endless beach of Kalives, with the wonderful sand. The house location at the center of Chakidiki is ideal for visiting all regions. The appartment provides all comforts for a pleasant stay. Ιn the first bedroom you will find a double bed, while in the second you will find 2 single beds. Their dimensions are: 2Χ0,80 and 1,30Χ0,80. Very close there are supermarkets, taverns, cafes, bars and everything else someone could wish for while being on summer vacation.

Each room has its own balcony. The apartment has everything you need, but if something is missing, you can ask Tanasis, and he will bring it. Tanasis is generally a wonderful host and person! He helped us with the transfer from and to the airport, always answered our questions, was very polite and friendly. Dinner was prepared for our arrival, every 5 days we were brought clean linens and towels. And on the last day I gave a wonderful gift! The location of the apartment is also excellent - 3 minutes walk to the sea, sandy beach, long and spacious. The entry into the sea is smooth, without large stones, the water is clean. On the beach there are sun loungers and umbrellas belonging to the cafe - you can use them just by buying a drink (2-3 euros). Most liked Cafe Sarantis. Natalia works there, she helped us a lot with her advice)) In general, you can paint for a long time, and if shorter, then the vacation was a success, mainly thanks to Tanasis and his hospitality!”

The sea is right beside you if you want to swim. It is good if you have a car to get to the popular places of the first and second foot. As a place and amenities I would call it honest, it reminded me of the nice 90's summer vacations, when we used fans and outdoor bathrooms for showers and few had air conditioners. Anyway better than camping. At Armenist you pay about the same amount. At least here you have a bed and a fridge. The owner very helpful and eager, he spends mornings and coffee. It's a new venture and in the next season the spaces will be much improved as he said. In summary, it is well worth the price and location if you want to drive to nearby popular destinations (Kallithea, Nikiti etc.) and you just need a place to sleep afterwards.”
Το νέο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στα Νέα Μουδανια Χαλκιδικής και απέχει 250 μέτρα από την παραλία και 800 μέτρα από το κέντρο της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι , ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα .
