There is a garden at the back of the house, a barbecue nook and a lounge nook that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m). The apartment is on the side of the street.

Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
