We had an amazing stay at this truly unique home! Built in Bali and shipped to Hawaii, the house is a masterpiece of wood craftsmanship, blending traditional Balinese architecture with the natural beauty of its surroundings. The intricate open-air design, and thoughtfully curated details made it feel like a tropical retreat unlike any other. The atmosphere was both peaceful and inspiring, with plenty of space to relax and take in the stunning private environment. Everything was well-maintained, and the hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind experience with cultural charm, this is the place to be. We would absolutely love to return!

Lovely mountain cottage in Kona. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, quiet vacation rental, this is perfect for you! (Even though the house is in the mountains, it was easy to find with GPS and a quick drive into town/to the local beaches.) The host gave very clear instructions and was helpful throughout the stay and booking process. Also it’s a definite plus that they have beach chairs and supplies available for you to use. Would highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Chris’s gorgeous home. It was a little slice of heaven and the view was breathtaking. Sitting out on the balcony was by far our favorite part of our trip! Only downside was the driveway. That thing is no joke

Chris’s place was wonderful! The view from the great room is spectacular: full view of the ocean. So amazing to wake up to the view. We enjoyed the pool and dinners out on the deck. Lounged on the huge couch and watched movies at night. Used all the beach stuff available. The place was fully stocked. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We couldn’t find a coffee maker or grinder( they had an espresso maker and keureg, but we were used to an old fashioned pot!) So they went out and bought them and delivered to our door within an hour. Quite the service! We would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place, looked just like the pictures! Peaceful and quiet, all the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. They provided nice touches throughout to make you feel at home.

I had a great three-night stay at Chris’s place. The location is convenient to the beach, tours, and restaurants. The appliances are all quite new, just like in the photos. The balcony offers stunning ocean views, and they provide free beach gear, which I used for snorkeling. Chris also shared some homegrown papayas, which were deliciously sweet.

Lovely place. Very clean and island modern style. Facing the ocean with beautiful views. The host had put together a great list of things to do and restaurants nearby. Very courteous and friendly host. The property is located at the end of a small unpaved road and you wonder if it’s the right way. But once you get inside their gate, it’s just different and beautiful.

Very beautiful and comfortable spot, in a great location! The community pool and grills were nice and convenient for days when you didn’t feel like driving to a beach and staying in and grilling up dinner. Having a washer / dryer in unit was also a wonderful touch. About a mile walk to the Kona strip, with restaurants and such, (road has a dedicated bike / walking lane, so felt safe doing so).

We had a wonderful stay at Heather’s Airbnb! It was great to be just south of Kona for a relaxing babymoon. We had everything we needed. The Airbnb itself was beautiful including the wrap around porches and views of the ocean. Heather was an amazing host and was quick to respond to any requests. She even happily agreed to taking some photos of my wife and I to remember our trip. We loved the fruit plate and daily visits from the cat, Tiger Lily. Hope we can come again some day!
