Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

This freshly renovated studio apartment is located in the best area in Pärnu - close to the white sanded beach and city centre, both are easily reachable by foot (around 10 minutes of walk). The apartment is perfect for couples, the atmosphere is romantic and relaxed, with small details here and there... Located in the quiet side street, you won't be bothered by noise coming from different events happening in the beach or city centre. Apartment has private entry, free wifi and private parking.

Newly refurbished 2 room apartment(42,7m2), with well equipped kitchen waiting for you. Very close to city centre, coach station and beach. (12-15 min walk) Great for vacation stay for families and couples. Pärnu offers: beautiful beach, lot of spas, restaurants, shopping centres and green areas. From 1.05.2024 there is parking fee! Closest bus stop is 5 minute walk (Side / Kanali). There are 2 grocery stores nearby one is Turu Rimi 500 m away and closest is A1000 store which is 300 m.

Dear guests! It’s not a hotel or hostel, this is my home I would like to share with you while I’m working somewhere else. Quiet area, bus stops around 900 m, big supermarket around 1 km. 3 km to the center and 3,5 km to the beach. No noises while there are concerts or festivals in town. Not suitable for the people who have allergy for pets. Me or my representative will meet you and explain all the details. Suitable to the families with a baby if you have your own babycot with you. The apartment is on the second floor of the private family house. You have a separate entrance. The entire floor is an open plan with a terrace and lots of sunlight. You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Delightful nest near Viljandi Lake

I offer a home stay for Viljandi enthusiasts. The apartment is perfect for two, but can also accommodate more sleepers with the sofa. To visit cafes in the city center, all you have to do is go up the hill on Tartu Street. Who doesn't want to climb the mountain will find even better sports conditions nearby - you can head almost straight out of bed to the health trail that goes around the lake! In addition, there are padel and tennis courts etc. close by.

Modern chalet on the waterfront

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

The 2-room apartment is located on the second floor. You’ll find clean bed linen, pillows, blankets, and towels waiting for you. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals – including a kettle, frying pan, plates, cutlery, and other essential dishes. In addition to the apartment, guests also have access to an outdoor terrace.
