We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home nestled in the heart of New York nature. The house feels like a hidden gem, almost like a museum, filled with unique and artistic decor that makes every corner a delight to explore. It's clear that a lot of thought and love went into creating this space. Even though the weather wasn't ideal during our stay, we were more than happy to relax and enjoy the house. Our room was one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in, complete with a private hot tub that made our evenings extra special. The host was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, kind, and attentive. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish retreat surrounded by nature. We can't wait to come back!

Gary is a great host and we will come back as soon as we are back in Kanab to visit Best Friends. The home is truly tastefully decorated with southwest accents such as intricate mosaics as you enter and the shower as well. The house is right next to a huge dog run that is well maintained. Gary also exemplifies what it takes to be a great host by answering our questions promptly. He also helped us find hikes when we were not volunteering at Best Friends. Strongly recommended.

We had a super comfortable stay at Star’s place! Love that she’s thought of everything possible for her guests, even to blackout shades for the windows over the bed. You couldn’t ask for a better host or location.

We had an amazing stay and felt right at home! The location was central to Zion & Bryce, plus our trips to see sites in nearby AZ. We greatly enjoyed our time in the hot tub and cooking on the grill, then eating outside on the covered patio. The home was very comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this home when visiting the region!

This place is 100% recommended, I have no complaints about this place. It was spotless, a nice location and a very quiet place with no scandal anywhere. I recommend it in every aspect I have no complaints about this place. If you want to stay in KANAB do not hesitate to this place. Thank you for the welcome from a letter I loved it. We were 5 and the 5 of us were happy and grateful. I give 10 stars out of 10. If I come back I will come back to this place.

The Best-Run Airbnb We’ve Ever Stayed At! We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one in Kanab stands out as the absolute best. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed—it felt like every detail was thoughtfully planned. Communication was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The bed was super comfortable, and we felt right at home the entire time. One of the highlights was sitting on the back porch in the evenings, watching the sun set behind the red rocks as hummingbirds zipped by. Pure magic. This home isn’t just well-maintained—it’s truly cared for. The pride taken in creating a special experience shines through in every way. We’d come back in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting Kanab. We actually wish we had another night here, or even a week. Thanks so much for your gracious hospitality!

Cathy was a wonderful host. she was very responsive and helped us with recommendations. everything was as mentioned in the listing. i would recommend Cathy's place to anyone.

You can see the beautiful place from the photos. Very private and quiet... Didn't see or hear a peep from C&A. What stood out beyond the surroundings were the comfy bed and sheets, the binder of local tips and the books about Zion and Grand Canyon hikes/info and the great shower. The best part was the very thoughtful breakfast... A private kitchen space was stocked with fruit, juice, coffee/tea, breads/spreads, cereal/oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs. It was perfect!

I just stayed for two nights, but it was amazing. The views are breathtaking and the house is beautiful and clean. Nicholas & Celeste are great hosts and really super friendly. I totally recommend stayed there!

Russell & Laurel were very friendly and welcoming. The homemade breakfast was delicious! The bed is comfortable, There is a dresser and closet space to unpack. A robe would be handy as the bathroom is three steps down the hall:) In the TV room was a mini fridge and dishes to eat simple things. Laurel was very gracious and open to us going upstairs to refill our water bottles and borrow the microwave.
