My hostel is next to the main street of Nungwi and 3 minutes walk away from the Dala Dala station (city center). You have separate kitchen with all equipment to cook and a roof a terrace with a great view on Nungwi. The hostel has 5 rooms. All of them have a separate entrance and bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. All rooms have a double bed, except one room. In additional it has an extra 90 cm bed. Bedding, pillows, one body towel, soap and toilet paper will be offered. I welcome you.
“Amazing value for the price. The host is so nice, helpful and communicative. The best shower until now in my 3 weeks in Zanzibar... close to small shops on the main road. 15 min walk to the beach but that’s fine with that price.”
Santos and Juma welcome you to our house on the hill, at the most northerly of Zanzibar with amazing view of the ocean. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance and the light. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
“What can I say, Santos and Juma should get AirBnb hosts of the year! Very thoughtful, helpful and caring. Santos did the best breakfasts, helped us exchange money and get a sim card at the village, plus a whole lot more. Their place is a great stay for those looking to stay in a rural area of Nungwi. A short to medium walk to the local village and to the most northern part of Nungwi beach. The room was spacious, clean and has a big bed to sleep in. I was regularly greeted by their friendly dog and cat which was nice. A really pleasant stay, thank you Santos & Juma :)”

“A very big thank you to Mwamba, Sarpally and the wonderful ladies who made us feel so welcome (especially after a 24 hour journey from Australia). The amenities and room are as described, but the shared spaces to lay in a hammock or watch the sunset with dinner far exceeded our expectations from the photos. The kayak to the island was a real highlight as was the food. The food was fresh and delicious. Mwamba was very helpful in organising excursions to go snorkelling and to a spice farm and also very helpful in explaining how to get the dalla dalla to Nungwi. Will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to Zanzibar.”
