Located on the last street before the coast, the house faces a nature reserve and features views of the Northern Backstairs Passage (as named by Matthew Flinders in 1802). Its a short stroll through the nature reserve, likely to spot a Kangaroo or two to the Heysen trail which runs along the coast, the ferry terminal and the boat ramp.
