It was an ultra pleasant to stay in this wooden house on the lake. It likes you’re in the movie while staying here. Beautiful surroundings with calm view. Our host very helpful and quick response! Only thing we put as minus in the value is the bathroom. It’s only 1 in the house and separate in different areas with the toilets! We have our good time in the house and beautiful walk in the forest nearby

Cozy and close to downtown and a good place to eat was nearby. Either way it would have been summer, I would have enjoyed a morning coffee on the cozy porch.

Rustic country getaway, lovely horses in the yard, and a true grandma vibe guaranteed! The sauna has gentle steam and the terrace area is comfortable to sit. It's convenient with a dog to be in the fenced yard. Thanks for letting us come. 🥰

A wonderfully spacious and bright single-family home that was a good place to stay with a larger group. Our child found good books to read. We saunas and went walking with the dogs on a nearby beautiful ridge with lots of trails. Restaurant recommendations were also great 😀

A homey cottage in a quiet and peaceful setting. It's always nice to come back here again!

We stayed in Taina's place for from June to September 2024. We really felt like home here. Taina came every week to move the grass and she loved our dog. She was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Neighbours were really friendly too. We could see the northern lights and the milky way right from the yard! The kitchen was well equipped and suited our Indian style cooking too. Laundry room was fully equipped too. We could easily accommodate our friends who visited during weekends. As a bonus we had a yard full of blueberries, red currants, plum trees and apple trees and also tips from Taina for making juice from the berries! Mornings were really beautiful with mist covered fields on all sides and lot of deers grazing. Though most shops and facilities were atleast 15 minutes drive away, we planned the shop visits so that multiple things got done in one trip. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wish to spend time in the nature far from the city.

Good place next to center.

It was a pleasure to stay at Erika's house, everything matched the listing description. We didn't get a chance to meet, but he was kind enough to communicate everything we needed in the messages. The house was in a quiet area and the yard was beautiful, too bad we didn't have time to enjoy it and the pool more. The house was also very clean.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Comfortable cottage in a beautiful and peaceful place. Privacy in the yard that is surrounded by trees, nice saunas and a pond to take a dip in. Cottage has everything you need for a good stay.

It's a lovely place to go as a couple and as a family. My daughter really enjoyed being able to see the farm animals up close. The cabin looks like out of a fairytale and the wood-burning sauna works great. Authentic Finnish experience.

Lovely stay! Really could come again. It was nice to stay in the apartment with the dog, peaceful and my own yard was a big plus!

In a nice area, a short distance from downtown. Everything went well and the arrival, etc. went really smoothly. Cute functional home!

Very nice, secluded cabin. Jouni had prepared everything well. Despite the solitude, you don't have to do without some comfort like a toilet, running hot water, Wi-Fi and charging station for electric vehicle. We were able to use the kayak and barbecue on site. Despite the fact that the cabin is very remote, we were able to easily take some day tours to the national parks 50-100 km away. All in all we highly recommend the cabin and the host.

Lovely stay in the forest near a lake. We enjoyed the kayak and canoe, as well as a dip in the lake. The sauna tent was a quite nice experience as well! The tipi fit 6 of us with no issues. We had everything we needed for a weekend stay. For an extra fee, they will pick you up from the bus stop as well. This was quite helpful as we packed in food for 6 people for 3 nights. Piritta and family were very kind and helpful :) Definitley recommend as a place to escape the city.

Elina's cottage was wonderfully cozy and peaceful. We rowed on a calm lake, admired the bright starry sky, and listened to the fall migration of the birds. From the cottage, we took day trips to both Torronsuo and Liesjärvi National Parks. We were warmly greeted by Elina, and the cottage was well-equipped.
