The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in 15 minutes walking distance from downtown. The bright living room and south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car directly at the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is the place to be. It has ample space for 2 adults (+1 additional person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone and the promenade are only a 15-minute walk away.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is one of a kind! Right above the fishing port and yet central (5 min walk to downtown). Your private bathroom is directly opposite the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need. It is located in the heart of Süderbrarup and every shopping area is within 1-5 minutes' walk. The train station is only 4 minutes to walk to. From there you can quickly get to Flensburg or, if you want to go in the other direction, also in Eckernförde or Kiel.
