Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Lotte. Right on the Schlei!

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Reethus Schleiblick

Welcome to "Reethus Schleiblick", a thatched roof holiday home completed in 2023, combining traditional charm with modern comfort. On about 120 m², the cottage offers four lovingly furnished bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, including a sauna and floor-to-ceiling showers. The decor is characterized by warm colors, natural materials and an open space concept. A large terrace and a private garden with barbecue as well as car parking spaces are available.

The cozy, lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with terrace and garden is 36 sqm. 1 living room with open kitchen-dining area, 1 bedroom, shower/toilet. Walking distance 10 min from the beach. The apartment is ideal for a stay for two, for single travelers and companions of rehab patients in Schönhagen and Damp. In-house parking and enclosed bicycle shed. Laundry package for a fee. "Riverfront" is located at the south port of Speicherquartier, Kappeln and impresses with the unrestricted view of the Schlei and the ships moored there. North harbor and the beautiful old town of Kappeln can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The old warehouse has now been renovated and a hotel with a bistro has opened. Rental of bed linen and towels costs EUR 25 per set.
