Vacation rentals with a patio in Kaprije

I stayed with my son for 4 nights. Everything was fine. We were happy with the cleanliness and disappearance of the apartment. There was probably nothing missing in the kitchen that you would expect. It's possible to see that the host thought about the kitchen and other spaces as if she were a guest. Great praise for this as we have the opposite experience in other places. We communicated with the host's father, Mr. Zoran, who was very helpful. Thank you so much for that. We were completely able to plug into the network and charge our electric car, I offered money for this service, but the host declined. So I am grateful for your willingness and access. The place is very close to the center, where we went to dinner and yet not disturbed by noise. I recommend using this place for your stay. George

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. It had all we could wish for. It was very clean, the interior and view are amazing. Our host Danira cared a lot about us. Thank you very much and we definitly want to come back.

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Josip and his family couldn’t be more fantastic hosts, so friendly, even picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning! The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooks beautiful ocean views from every balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi most days, our daughter loved her own personal playground too! We enjoyed a speedboat island tour (and swimming in crystal clear waters) on Josip’s recommendation, with the boat able to moor and pick us up directly outside Josip’s house. The beach is literally a meter away! Some great beach front restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, where we enjoyed the Croatian sunset and some delicious local food. We definitely hope to be back soon :)

Great location and nice experience overall!

We had an amazing stay with Iva and her family. They were so friendly and helpful! The room looked very new and was clean and well equipped. The old city centre and beach are both just a 10min walk away and if you have a car, Pirovac is a great base for seeing all the cool things Croatia has to offer! The host was peacefull we came with 10 months old baby and she put travel bed in room so gratefull for that

Everything was perfect, only the services and restaurants in Jadrija are not open in September.

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

It was just great! Gloria and her family are so warm and welcomed us very nicely. They were always available for any questions and gave us great tips for restaurants. The apartment is very clean and has great amenities. You feel right at home. The garden is huge and our little son could easily play there with the available toys. He was never boring. Furthermore, the location of the accommodation is simply perfect. You can do a lot in Sukošan directly, but also Zadar or Biograd are not too far away. All in all perfect ! We will be back. 🤩

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

Everything was wonderful! I loved how clean the home was and how responsive Lina-Natalia was when we needed something. It was great how close the home was to town so we could walk to things. We hope to come again someday.

Martin's place was really super nice. The location is great if you want to switch off for a while and still want to do something from time to time, such as the national park or a boat trip in Zadar. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host who warmly welcomes you with drinks and food. Highly recommended!

Vinko's apartment was perfect for our group of six. A wonderful oasis and welcoming space with everything we needed. Vinko went out of his way to help us and was a superb host. We would certainly recommend his place to others looking for a magical convenient place to stay.

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

I would recommend the place to everyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk. Nearby is the promenade on the beach bars and restaurants were, you could also take dogs everywhere. Value for money was great

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

A really cute Apartment in a nice area with view to the sea from terrace. All what we need was there also charging place for elektrocar. Perfect to stay !

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!

I can’t say enough about Kristina and her Mom. They welcomed my family with treats for the kids and a cold beer for myself. The place was amazing and the view even better. If you’re reading this review and thinking of booking the apartment don’t hesitate. Great restaurants within walking distance and the ocean directly across the road. We had such a great time.
