It was an ideal stay, I had a comfortable stay on the street of the martyrs of Cyprus. On the street, easy to access, right in the center of coffee bars, to the Alsancak ferry station

This was a perfect apartment for my family of four! Hayriye's and his wife met us at the building and showed us in with clear instructions and welcome beverages. There was one morning where my car was boxed in the parking space provided, but Hayriye responded very promptly and with in 10 minutes the 3 cars blocking me were moved. Kind and gracious hosts!

Staying at Mr. Mehmet's house was really perfect. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Everything was thought out down to the last detail and we felt right at home. Mr. Mehmet was also incredibly hospitable and helpful, very interested in everything. If we come back to this area, we would definitely like to stay here again. You can choose with your eyes closed. Thank you for everything, Mr. Mehmet!

Don't hesitate, you won't regret booking here.First of all, the house is newly renovated, better than the photos, the bathroom is large and comfortable, the bath water pressure temperature is perfect.The hostess keeps the house heater at 25 degrees, so it's warm and cozy to come back at night.The host couple are warm and welcoming, and will warmly invite you to have tea and coffee whenever you meet them, where we feel as warm as home.The location is also extremely convenient, with access to the city centre, everything was so perfect.

Our second time staying. The house is very pleasant and very comfortable. We feel like we are in our own home now. do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!

Both the location of the house and the design of the house can be called a stunning natural wonder. Ms. Duygu designed the entire house in a way that we can be completely comfortable. Some of the negativities we encountered during the stay made us forget with all her sincerity and smiling face. Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

Ramazan it a great and very responsive host his house was beautiful with a great surrounding clean instructions were given by him for check in and free parking is available nearby if you are renting car you can easily find parking near his house definitely I recommend his place to everyone and I gonna book his place for sure next time as well

Ms. Ela was very friendly and kind. She was very helpful from check-in to checkout. The location of the house is very nice and quiet and safe. Next time, I will definitely be withdrawing it.

I had a wonderful stay at Hootan’s place. He is a genuine and kind host who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Despite my delayed arrival, he kindly waited for me, even postponing his work, and helped carry my luggage. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and I found it to be a great value for the price. The two cats were absolutely adorable and very quiet. One of the highlights of my stay was when Hootan, who usually doesn’t work on Sundays, prepared a delicious homemade Indian-style dinner for me—it was truly a special experience. During my six-day stay, I explored Izmir as well as Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamon, and Thyatira. Everything was safe and comfortable, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend Hootan’s place to anyone visiting Izmir!

Lovely stay. Got picked up from the airport, which was hugely appreciated as I was a bit worried about getting a taxi in the evening. Very nice chats. Amazing view of the sea. Comfortable bed.
