Wish I could rate this property more than 5 stars .. Host Hiten & Mukesh is more than helpful and property is awesome in the midst of a scenic valley . It’s a good 5 hours drive from thane , but it worth it . The property is amazing & peaceful - a perfect weekend get away , and it’s no less than a 5 star property . A special shout out to Vishnu the caretaker who ensured our stay is comfortable by all means ! Highly recommend this property !

This was my second time at Holygram and I will definitely keep coming back. From the serene surroundings to the amazing room setup, Prashant and his team are doing an amazing job to ensure that guests have the best experience possible. We were welcomed with a basket of strawberries which is the perfect touch for Panchgani. The food they prepared for us was tasty and reminded us of home. The whole property in itself is just marvellous with stunning views and the right kind of peace you’d want from a weekend getaway. They have included games and books to keep guests busy when they are not splashing in their swimming pool. I love the place and would recommend it to everyone!

Very well maintained house. Its really big and airy to start with. Has TV in hall and rooms. Have a brilliant sound system. There are caretakers to take care of all your needs. They are separate are for pool and games. They have a indoor pool which is very lit. Washrooms are also big and have bathtub as well in the master bedroom. Overall it was a amazing stay. Would love to come back again

The outdoor area, with its private pool and lush garden, was a true highlight, providing a perfect space for both relaxation and fun. They were always available to offer recommendations and assistance, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend Empress Villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The bungalow is just superb and particularly the way the flora and fauna treated and maintained, speaks for itself. Minu was a great person to catchup and he is full of energy and the way he keeps the care of the place is very personalised and touching. If you are a peace seeker ( as in- out of bustling cars, sounds etc) , nature admirer, go here. If expecting high fi setup, recessed lightings, cushy couchs, fancy lamps etc, this is not interior decor ‘ed place, this is purest form of Old bungalow , yet with all amenities. Vidya didi( cook) , served tasty and fantastic food. HOME food , thats the plus here. I tried Marati dishes and some local items, she amazed. We explained her the recipe for some south Indian items, she did it well and overall food is top class. The mornings, need a notebook to write. The birds & its songs, some naughty enough to come near you, one walked near my leg , are treat here. We spotted Giant squirrel. Heta’s bungalow is 5/5 & must go.

Beautiful place with very clean rooms and washrooms. The caretaker (chikane bhaiya) and his wife were very attentive. Specifically the food his wife cooked for us was delicious. Spoke to the owners as well.. very soft spoken and well behaved people. Special mention to Rocky, their very sweet and polite fur baby. Loved the place n will definitely visit again.

A perfect holiday home you could wish for, with beautiful bedrooms, kitchen and lawn area. Host has provided the enough kitchen accessories to cook tea, snacks and even prepare buffet for 8 people. Brings you own raw materials and you can have a very good time with family, friends and loved ones. We even got the company of some 2 beautiful dogs and some cats. Barbeque and fire space in the lawn for windy nights. Thanks to the local guide and caretaker kisan for the helping hand and instructions. Thank you and appreciate the hospitality.

The stay was comfortable, and the place matched the description. It was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The host was responsive and helpful.

Really great deal, And best price always, the cook is also awsm and very helpful, Zaid is always available to support anytime and guide.. It was wonderful stay the toilets, beds and towels were neat and clean, was here with family and kids, will definitely recommend
