Business Appartement / Bungalow

My independent bungalow is located in the heart of the city of Karben, about 15 kilometers north of Frankfurt am Main. In about 30 minutes you are at Frankfurter Hbf / Messe thanks to direct S-Bahn connection. The proximity to the metropolis, the diverse recreational opportunities (swimming pool / cinema /restaurants) and the good infrastructure make Karben a city where it is pleasant to live. My apartment is especially good for business travelers, couples, and families with kids.

Your accommodation is a separate part of our house and is located in a beautiful former American officer's quarter. You have on 35qm a living room with a large comfortable(!) sofa bed, a refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed (queen size only!!!) and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. In the entrance area there is a tea kitchen, dishes, cutlery and glasses but NO KITCHEN! You have a terrace behind the house and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The unit is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). Very good connection: bus about 50 m away, in about 10 minutes to Karben Hbf with direct connections to Frankfurt am Main and the Frankfurt trade fair. By car, depending on the traffic, about 20–25 minutes to Frankfurt. High-speed Internet (250 Mbps). Baker directly opposite. In the same house in the basement there is an additional unit for up to 3 people; bookable together as a house for up to 7 people.

You can get to the city by bus, S-Bahn or car. Supermarket and bus are within walking distance.

The apartment (2nd floor, no elevator) is located near Frankfurt and is ideal for short stays and longer bookings. Both by S-Bahn and by car you can quickly reach Frankfurt, Friedberg, Bad Homburg or Hanau. There is a bed (140cm) available and a sleeping couch. A mattress for the floor can be provided on request. We are also happy to provide a travel cot for children up to 15 kg. The open kitchen is located in the living area.

In front of the house, it smells of jasmine, rose, lavender and fresh mint in the warmer season :-) Bring some CDs and/or DVDs or Blu-ray movies. Private Wi-Fi, 65-inch flat-screen TV, cable TV and Blu-ray player available - when switching off the Wi-Fi, Internet time-out/"digital detox" is also possible :-)
