We enjoyed our stay very much. Polyxeni was very friendly and supportive. We could even bring our cats. It's a great place to stay, nearby the beach (5 min by foot) and the town is also not far. We will come back.

The view of the house is really nice, since there were no guests next door, we were able to use the garden as a private area for us. It was difficult for us to swim in the sea from the garden, but even watching the view from there is a great thing... The house is very close to the center and there is no parking problem. Since we didn't cook, I can't inform about the kitchen shortcomings, but it seemed ideal for two people. Despoina was caring and friendly and answered every question we had. It was also a very polite move to allow flexibility at checkout time. I'll stay at the same place if I go again

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.
