This 2-room apartment is located on the first floor in Viljandi Old Town, 5 minutes' walk from Lake Viljandi. The nearest shop is 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Ruins are a 10-minute walk away. There are a total of 4 apartments in the house and you must also take into account the neighbors. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a lounge area that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 3 guests (1 extra bed). Parking is free in the yard. Pets are welcome.

The spacious two bedroom apartment has renovated original wooden floors, light overall interior and lots of colors. The apartment is located next to Valuoja park (valley) and has a great view on the park. The location is peaceful and quite, but at the same time walking distance away from everything.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
