Flat is new refurbished and is to a high standard The apartment has a large terrace (30 m2) with stunning views. It has living walls on both sides that screens for wind and transparency. There is available gas grill and outdoor furniture on the terrace. The apartment has easy access and everything on one level. Only 5 minutes drive to beautiful Skudesneshavn.

Penthouse in great boathouse

Lovely boathouse on the island with bridge connection. You can fish and swim from the dock. Patio with view and garden furniture. The penthouse has very good standards. TV, kitchen, washing machine and tiled bathroom with a shower. Towels and linens are included. Both bedrooms have double bed, one has extra pull out mattress (fits children). 10 min drive to Åkrasanden, voted Norway's finest sandy beach. 20 minutes to Vikinggarden and Norway's oldest royal seat at Avaldsnes. Micro cabin on the dock

The micro cabin was finished in August 2023. It's 17.6 square. In the living room there is 5 seats and a chest table with storage. The couch can be turned out to a double bed. The accommodation is in the loft. There you are under a skylight and can admire the starry sky and the sea view if the weather plays. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, microwave and necessary kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a water toilet, a sink w/mirror cabinet and shower.

Can drive to the front door. 14 cm steps in front of the front door. The apartment is mostly newly renovated. Large sunny garden. Warm seating. Large living room. Threshold-free from front-door living room-kitchen.

Vikra is a fantastic place on Karmøy and the property has a rare 'feelgood' atmosphere above it. We offer family friendly and sustainable accommodation, free electric car charging, sunset in the Glass House and a small herb garden among other things. In the shelter of the north wind, this is a gem on the west side of the island.
