Villa vacation rentals in Karpass

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Terri was extremely helpful with everything and is a very good host. We liked the place a lot and it was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you!

Excellent villa away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful settings stunning rugged scenery. Nice restaurants Lido 5 mins away, Benjamins and vasilla beach 10 mins. Ezic Lapta very nice 20 mins away- extensive menu and play area. Sokmar Premium large supermarket 20 mins away. Car Essential. Villa great for kids. We had 5 ranging 14- 2.They loved the pool and visiting friendly cats and dogs. Smart tv for Netflix etc. A few minor issues with WiFi but was expected due to mountain location and not helped by a storm. But issues always dealt with promptly. Nervin the housekeeper was very responsive! She communicated promptly . We got by fine with google translate as my Turkish is non existent 🙈. Nermin went the extra mile for us and even did a supermarket shop for us prior to our very late arrival so that we had baby supplies and food for breakfast.5 star ⭐️. The host Orly was very understanding and communicated well. We would love to stay again if they would have us back 😉

This house is just perfect for a holiday! The beach is a 7-minute walk away. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is very clean, spacious and bright. And Lambros is very friendly and responsive.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

This house is a gem. If you want piece and quiet and wanna get away from it all- this is the place to be! We meditated and watched beautiful sunsets on the rooftop… gorgeous place and a bohemian dream come true.

Very restful stay in peaceful surroundings, but within easy reach of the busier areas. Highly recommend

A wonderful place for a big family or a group. Many, many facilities in the house. Comfortable, spacey bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. 2 very well-equipped kitchens. So many games and stuff to do. Was perfect for what we needed. When there was a problem, the host was quick to respond and send a solution. Important to know: the electric key turns all appliances off except one fridge when you leave the house. So if you have food in the second fridge, take note. Be sure to ask the host any questions; they are responsive and there is stuff you might not understand about the house without asking. The area is very peaceful, and secluded. But there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful spacious villa in a perfect location with stunning sea views. We had a fabulous family holiday here with 11 people and we all want to return next year as we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Host Agni was also very helpful.

We had an amazing time at Anemelie. It was a 3 generation family vacation and the house was perfect. Panayiota was a great host, very helpful. The house is well maintained and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We will definitely be back!

We had to book at night at super short notice and the host was incredibly accommodating and efficient. 45 later we had keys. The house is large, very comfortable, well appointed with a great kitchen, solid air conditioning and a large pool and yerd that walks directly onto the beach. We loved it, and it is definitely amongst the best villas in Larnaca.

I’d like to start with the bottom line of our stay at this Cyprus property — we had a great time! As a big family of 12 people, spanning three generations (the youngest being 14 years old), the house offered enough rooms to ensure everyone could have their own space, while also providing plenty of common areas — both indoors and outdoors — for us to gather, relax, and enjoy meals together as a family. Marissa, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. She was always quick to respond to questions and offered great local recommendations, which definitely enhanced our experience. It should be noted that the beds were not particularly comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. The kitchen could use a few more utensils to make meal preparation easier. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property!

We closed the villa 3 months before the arrival date and since Lior helped us everything we needed, helped us find writers , organize a speaker and even check in early. The villa is big and comfortable and the sauna and hot tub are really good There is a comfortable place to have a barbecue and bounce a ball Good communication from hosts Worth every shekel I highly recommend coming !!!!

Everything was as described. Kyriakos was friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful and the location perfect. We had a disabled person in our party and the lift made it possible for them to access everything. All in all a perfect stay and we would book again.

We rented the hiuse for 2 adults and 3 children. the accomodation in the rooms worked perfectly for us. A car is definitly needed for shoping and getting around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was very clean. The house was very clean and neat. At first we had some problems with the wi-fi, but Claire was fast to resolve the problem and sent someone to fix it. There is a broblem with fastidiouse ants but all on all it was good and we had a great time. I definitly recomend this house for a vacarion in Cyprus and Claire as a hostess. Thank you again. Great accommodation, anytime again. We were totally happy with it The children loved the pool. Even water toys for the pool and drinking water dispenser in the house were provided.

Everyone in our family was enthusiastic about our stay in Gadi's holiday home. The rooms are large and bright. The interior is modern, cozy, neat and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen in particular was a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor area was tastefully decorated and although a bit chilly, we enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet but the beach and all necessary amenities are within walking distance. All practical information was easy and detailed to find. Gadi was a fantastic host: he was very friendly, responded quickly and made sure that our questions were solved. We also really appreciated that he made an extra effort when we unexpectedly had a problem. We have no hesitation in calling this one of our better Airbnb experiences.

Wonderful & relaxed place! Spend 5 nights in this modern & very nice place and had a just relaxed & comfortable time there. Villa was exactly as described, spacious and very clean. 3 bedrooms and great living room with perfectly working WiFi and open kitchen. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything. Just like at home - I missed nothing. Amazing rooftop terrace and very clean pool were additional highlights. Very calm place in closed area with other villas - perfectly to have a relaxed time. But everything is reachable in minutes, like restaurants, bars or beaches. Very sympathetic & just lovely contact with owners Marina & Constantinos. Very reliable & helpful, quick response and always available by phone or messaging. Even special requests were solved just nice, quick and easy. Would definitly come back. Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

Fabulous Villa, exactly as described. Load of space, and had everything we needed. A short walk to the centre and some superb beaches nearby. George was a great host and many thanks for the nice surprise in the fridge.

We chose the house in the Cypriot Lapta region for our 5-day Cyprus holiday plan between 16.03.2025_21. I hope we do not have disappointments. I was relieved that Mr. Tamer would contact me in the morning. I told Mr. Tamer that we would rent a car, and he helped us with this. He was extremely interested in the company we rented a car. Since we had a baby, Mr. Tamer left a car seat for us. Thank you very much for his kind behavior. The house is located in a beautiful place, there is a grocery store very close to the house, the house is very clean and had everything to meet our needs. Our 5-day holiday process Mr. Tamer contacted us almost every day and asked if we needed anything, there was a problem with the outlet in the house, he came and checked, then he sent the repairman and the problem was solved. This is the place I will definitely stay for the next holiday program, and I would like to thank Mr. TAMER again and again. All the best.
