The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Stylish apartment in a 400-year-old, listed half-timbered house in the middle of the old town of Linz am Rhein. The historic architectural style gives the apartment its special character. The floor plan leads from the dressing room through the bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub through the fully equipped kitchen into the open living/sleeping area, which is designed as a studio. Terrace, stucco and decorated ceilings combine history with modern comfort.

Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

Enjoy this stylish space, "Wäller Haus", completely surrounded by a vast natural garden. A place for young and old, where you can relax and spend a wonderful time together. In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside. Whether an evening walk or enjoying nature, the immediate proximity to the Rhine offers a true relaxation factor. Nevertheless, be well connected: In just 15 minutes by bus to Bonn main station Culinary travel: There is a small and delicious French restaurant right in the house. I look forward to meeting you!

The small apartment

Our "small apartment" offers a cozy and stylish overnight stay for up to two people. Here you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the wonderful view of the Drachenfels from the dining table. The bathroom is located one staircase below. There is a spacious waterfall shower here. The "highlight" of the Gründerzeit villa, our large garden with old trees invites you to linger and relax.

In the middle of nature is our popular suite at Lindenhof. Business or pleasure. Whether hiking, cycling, or just relaxing. Bruchhausen has a lot to offer and is located on a spacious terrace on the edge of the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park above the Rhine Valley with views of the Hocheifel and the Siebengebirge.
