It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

The floor plan leads from the dressing room through the bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub through the fully equipped kitchen into the open living/sleeping area, which is designed as a studio. Terrace, stucco and decorated ceilings combine history with modern comfort.

Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet und hat einen separaten Eingang und eine großzügige Terrasse mit Privatsphäre. Ihren PKW können Sie auf der Straße vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung abstellen. Leider können wir im Interesse anderer Mieter keine Haustiere akzeptieren.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

3-room apartment. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen in modern style with a dining area. In the two bedrooms there are double beds and enough space for an extra bed. Wardrobes in each bedroom provide space for your luggage. The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa bed and TV. The garden overlooking the Rhine Valley offers a shared fireplace corner and barbecue, an above-ground pool and plenty of space to relax.

Bruchhausen has a lot to offer and is located on a spacious terrace on the edge of the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park above the Rhine Valley with views of the Hocheifel and the Siebengebirge. The beautiful new apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and parking space are available. The kitchen has a stove with oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Linen and towels are provided.
