Cosy two bedroom apartment in a family home

A new, modern and cozy apartment accommodates 4 people and is located in a small town Kastav. Kastav, a town fortified by a town wall with nine defensive towers, was built on the ridge of Karst mountain ( 377 meters above sea level ). It is situated very near from our " Pearl of the Adriatic " Opatija ( 6 kilometers ) and Rijeka ( 10 kilometers ) , only 20 kilometers from Rupa, the Croatio Slovenian border.

Olive Garden

The house is situated in 10 000 m2 olive tree field, that is only for the guests. It is a 100 years old mediteranean bergerie completely renovated few years ago. As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju.Apartman Kristijan nalazi se u mirnoj ulici.Iako udaljen od plaže,nudimo mogućnost zabave u bazenu,mnoštvo prostora za dječiju igru, kao i uživanje uz roštilj i blizinu prirode za šetnju ili vožnju biciklom.Moja obitelj također stanuje u istom objektu,te ćemo vam uvijek biti na raspolaganju.

Studio apartman se nalazi 5 minuta hoda do plaže Tomaševac, a 500 metara od centra Opatije, 300 metara do supermarketa, 500 metara od povijesne šetnice Carmen Sylva. Ima osiguran parking i Wi-Fi. To je apartman u našoj kući i ima balkon, u okruženju mediteranske vegetacije.
